• The implications of Boards and Owners not following the intent of the Act
• The most common questions asked by Board members and Owners
• What part can our Provincial government play to ensure the Act is followed

The presentation will be followed by a question and answer session.

This event will be a virtual session on Zoom.

André will be discussing the following items:  

• The importance of understanding & following the NB Condominium Property Act.
• The implications of Boards & Owners not following the intent of the Act.
• The most common questions asked by Board members and owners.
• What part can our Provincial government play to ensure the Act is followed?

The presentation will be followed by a Question & Answer session.

This event will be a virtual session on Zoom.
